Traceability
Every listing shows the preparation date, the ingredients used and potential allergens. The seller is identified and verified.
Cold chain
Fresh and refrigerated products must be stored and transported in compliance with the cold chain (< 4°C for fresh products).
Seller verification
Professionals are verified via their SIRET number. All sellers are subject to a rating system by buyers.

- Compliance with the Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs
- Allergen labelling (EU Regulation 1169/2011)
- Appropriate storage of preparations
- Use of fresh, quality ingredients
- Cleanliness of the preparation area
For professionals
- Registration with a mandatory SIRET number and verified
- Compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
- Mandatory food hygiene training
- Declaration to the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for Population Protection)
- Up-to-date sanitary control plan (PMS)
📋 Responsible seller's guide

Wash your hands thoroughly before any food handling. Use gloves if necessary.
Suitable packaging
Use clean, airtight food containers. Avoid contact with non-food materials.
Listed ingredients
List all ingredients and flag the 14 major allergens in your listing.
Expiry date
Comply with use-by dates (DLC) and best-before dates (DDM). Never sell an expired product.
