Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the JaiDuRab platform (available at https://staging.jaidurab.com). JaiDuRab is a marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of surplus food.

2. Registration

Registration is free and open to individuals aged at least 16 and to legal entities. Users can sign up as an Individual, a Business (with a valid registration number) or a Courier.

3. Transactions between users

JaiDuRab acts as a technical intermediary. Transactions are concluded directly between sellers and buyers. JaiDuRab cannot be held responsible for the quality of products sold by users.

⚠️ P2P warning: Peer-to-peer transactions carry risks. Always check products before buying and favour secure payment through the platform.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers agree to: offer products that comply with food hygiene and safety standards, describe products accurately, respect expiry dates, and provide allergen information.

5. Commission and fees

JaiDuRab charges a 5% commission on every transaction made through the platform. Delivery fees are set by the sellers or couriers.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content (design, text, logos, images) is the exclusive property of JaiDuRab or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

JaiDuRab cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, from content posted by users, or from transactions between users.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
